When shopping for new travel clothes, comfort is most important for many women. But since you want to look good for any pictures you’ll be taking on vacation, you outfit needs to be stylish too. Luckily, there are lots of choices on Amazon for both comfy and stylish women’s travel clothes.
The great thing about buying women’s travel clothes on Amazon is the free two-day shipping with Prime membership. That means if you booked a flight last minute, you can still do some online shopping before leaving!
I curated a list of the best women’s clothes for travel on Amazon. Here they are!

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I think the best women’s travel clothes item is a dress. It’s so much less effort because you don’t have to match a top with pants or a skirt. And best of all, you look nicer and look like you made more of an effort with a dress on!
For everyone else who’s lazy, yet still wants to look put together, here are my favorite dresses on Amazon.
These dresses aren’t anything fancy, but I actually like that about them. If you want to feel comfy but aren’t going anywhere too fancy, this is the perfect choice.
Next time I have a long flight coming up, I think I’m going to buy one of these dresses to wear on the flight. I hate wearing pants when I have to sit for a long time, so dresses are the best!
All of these dressed are available in several colors and different patterns, so make sure to keep them out for your perfect choice.
This dress is basically a long comfy shirt you don’t have to wear pants with- in public. That sounds like a dream come true! This one is a bit flowing so it’s prettier and more flattering in the fit.
This one is more flattering with the way it gathers at the sides, and yet it’s still comfortable enough for travel.
This dress is the perfect sundress, whether for the beach or walking around a sunny town on your trip. It comes in different colors and patterns, and I think I like the feather one best.
I love the boho pattern on this dress. There are a few colors and even styles to choose from on this one.
Sometimes you’re traveling to places where you don’t want your legs to be bare- either because of weather, dirty environments or cultural sensitivity. Maxi dresses are the way to go in these instances!
Simple, flattering and comfy. The ultimate maxi dress!
For something a little more flashy and flattering for your legs, get a maxi dress with slits on both sides!
I am in love with all the pretty patterns for this dress; it’s going to be hard to choose only one! It’s also a very loose, wide dress, which are the comfiest!
Sometimes- unfortunately- dresses aren’t an option. If it’s cold or windy, you’re going to want pants. And if you need to be more mobile, pants are better option too.
I normally hate wearing pants, especially on long flights, so I found the comfiest pants on Amazon.
These are definitely on the sportier side, but with a cute top you can definitely get away with these comfy pants still looking stylish!
These pants are on the more expensive side, but they are so worth it. High quality yet comfy material isn’t the best part of these perfect travel pants- they’re UPF 50+ sun protective! Perfect if you’re traveling somewhere sunny, especially if you haven’t had much sunshine in a long time and want protection for your skin.
Linen is the best, especially when you’re traveling somewhere with hot weather. It’s my favorite material to wear when traveling!
These pants are not only linen, but wide, so they’ll be extra comfy! And especially great in warm weather when you don’t want to wear shorts.
If you don’t like elastic, these drawstring pants are perfect!
I feel like high-waisted pants with a crop look a bit more stylish. At the same time, they’re still comfy and great for travel. Here are some cute high-waisted pants!
Notice the “with pockets” part. ‘Nuff said.
How comfy do these look? Perfect for a long flight or car drive. I really like the olive color ones!
If you’re looking for something more fancy, look no further than these elegant trousers!
And if you want to give your legs some air- understandable if you’re traveling in hot weather- these shorts are perfect! They’re not too tight, which is the worst kind of shorts you can wear when you have to sit a lot.
These are more athletic, perfect if you’re planning to be active on your vacation, like if you’re going to be hiking or walking a lot. They have lots of hidden pockets too, which makes them ideal for travel. And the UPF 50+ and quick dry material makes them amazing for hot weather.
Skirts, while more work than a dress, are great if you have a cute top but don’t want to wear pants. Here are some great ones for travel.
The material is soft and comfortable for travel, but the best part is the large pockets. They’re really big which means you can easily slip your passport or phone in while juggling your luggage.
Soft, flowy fabric equals travel comfort; this boho skirt is perfect for long trips!
For a more colorful boho skirt, these are super cute.
And if you do want a short skirt, I really like this one and it’s going to be my personal choice next time I’m traveling to a tropical climate for vacation.
Find some tops to match your new pants and skirts! Ranging from simple to elegant, all of these tops are loose and comfy!
Sometimes you just need a plain, loose and comfy t-shirt. This adorable and comfy t-shirt design comes in various colors!
Here’s another t-shirt with a little extra splash of color!
This t-shirt is perfect for travelers! The travel theme of the shirt is so cute, and you have lots of colors to choose from.
Here’s another elegant blouse that’s really loose and therefore perfect for travel! The sleeves are the best part of this one.
And how absolutely adorable is this loose, button-up? The V-neck makes it both more flattering and comfy.
And lastly, this shirt had to make the list because of how much I love embroidered clothing! There’s lots of different colors and designs to choose from, and the light material is perfect for travel.
Not only is this shirt comfy and stylish, it’s eco-friendly! It’s made with 100% Lyocell, which is biodegradable, durable and naturally breathable! It also comes in three different colors.
Comfy and simple in the front, this sweatshirt has a cute open back that ties at the bottom. This is great for when you want to be warm and cozy on the air-conditioned plane, but also need a bit of a breeze for when you’re while running through the airport to catch the flight.
Who else loves traveling with a hoodie you can pull over your head as you lean against the window to sleep? Here’s a great option for that!
For a shorter sleeve that still will keep you warm, this loose, comfy tunic is the way to go.
Similar to dresses, a jumpsuit or romper makes you look super put together but also requires no matching effort. Well, except for shoes and accessories, but that’s the easy part.
Sexy and comfy at the same time? It’s possible with this jumpsuit! Great for anyone who wants to look attractive and still feel comfy while traveling. It’s also really light and the fabric doesn’t wrinkle. Two years in and I still love this jumpsuit!
I got one for my trip to SE Asia, and it was perfect for going to temples because it covers my knees. A sarong or scarf over my shoulders, and I’m good to go!
And finally, because jumpsuits are amazing for travel, here’s another option with sleeves. The sleeves and long pants makes it perfect for visiting temples. The material is comfy and you don’t have to match a top with bottoms, yet it can still be a flattering piece. Perfect for long plane, train or car rides!
You can’t go wrong with a timeless denim jacket. It matches almost everything and can be used to either dress down or dress up an outfit.
Want something more versatile and comfy to keep you warm? This wrap is perfect because it can also be used as a scarf, shawl, travel/airplane blanket and coverup. It also has a built-in, air-activated neck warmer for when it’s cold and UPF 50+ for when you need sun protection. And best of all, it’s very lightweight AND is eco-friendly!
I hope you found some women’s travel clothes that you like and will be buying on Amazon!
